Un attento lettore mi ha inviato un esempio di truffa legata agli “appartamenti fasulli” su Gumtree di cui ora vi metto giustamente al corrente. Tutto avviene come riportato nel post precedente e come vedrete nell’email sotto la truffatrice in questione travestita da povera infermierina che salva le vite degli innocenti (a Dubai) ha anche il cattivo gusto di alterarsi quando le viene fatta presente la differenza tra un bank statement e un trasferimento su Western Union.

Ciao, anche a me è capitato di trovare questi annunci e di rispondere, ma raga lo fanno pure a Milano. Sul sito attico.it. L’ annuncio viene pubblicato con diversi nomi e mail,ma a rispondere è sempre un’ altra persona. Lei è Karolina Oliaggi scrive le stesse cose: western union, che si trova a Siracusa e poveretta ha incontrato brutta gente che non aveva soldi per pagare nè la caparra nè l’affitto … Stronzata…stavo per cascarci ma per fortuna a il mio fidanzato la cosa gli puzzava… Ha cercato su internet ed eccomi qui.denunciate alla polizia posta come ho fatto io.
Ciao, state attenti ad un certo Giorgio Calligaris ( issoftware@yahoo.co.uk) non cascate perchè è un truffatore.
E’ possibile che adesso si siano addirittura prodigati a creare dei siti internet loro piuttosto che i soliti semplici annunci? ne ho trovati diversi che hanno hanno prezzi allucinanti e che puzzano purtroppo troppo!!

ciao a tutti… SEGNALO che la stessa truffa viene fatta anche in Italia da un certo Franco Vaccaro in riferimento ad appartamenti troppo convenienti nella zona di Lucca. l’annuncio è messo su siti di annunci gratuiti molto conosciuti.
la mail è identica, l’ortografia pessima e viene richiesto lo stesso metodo di pagamento tramite western union. ATTENZIONE A NON CASCARCI!!!

assurdooooo! ed il bello è che molte persone mi avevano consigliato gumtree per affitto case e appt a londra…2 fregature su 2 e perdite di tempo inutili! parto fra 1 mese e non ho ancora una casa! ma possibile che non ci sia il modo di fermare queste persone??!!

Cmq ci sono anche tantissime agenzie a londra che sfruttano i tanti ragazzi che appena arrivati nella capitale non sanno quali zone siano pericolose o meno, e cercano di far firmare contratti di affitto in quartieri malfamati…..
Magari una ragazza visita un quartiere di mattina e le sembra tutto tranquillo, carino non sapendo che quando viene sera quei quatieri diventano un inferno e realmente pericolosi….specialmente se si è una bella ragazza….
Fate sempre attenzione a questo….non fidatevi di agenzie che vi offrono affitti bassissimi in zona 2 per esempio….spesso o sono case fatiscenti o zone pericolose di sera…

io ho contattato una certa Barbie Sommerfield o qualcosa del genere che affittava un appartamento delizioso (ma le immagini erano microscopiche..) in pieno centro per pochissimi pounds.. lei e la figlia si erano trasferite in un’altra città. Troppo bello per essere vero..
